What is the process of Bamboo Chicken??
The main ingredients for Bamboo Chicken is
Chopped Chicken, Chopped onions, Chopped Green Chillies, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric powder, Red Chili Powder,
One Medium Size Bamboo.
Process:
1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 1 hour.
2. Stuff all the chicken inside the bamboo and close the bamboo with leaves(Banana Leaves or Turmeric Leaves)
3. Then use Charcoal for cook.. Cook for One hour.
4. After One Hour, Open the Bamboo
5. Take out the chicken pieces.
